Agreement of Sale
An agreement of sale between Anchor Health and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Anchor Health.
Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within two working days.
All orders will be dispatched via one of our delivery partners.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
Free delivery for amounts over R1500 is applied.
For orders over R1100, Free Delivery to Nearest Postnet or Clicks or PUDO Box – (Order min R1100)
Free delivery over R1500 is applied for goods regardless of weight.
*Free delivery over R1500 to extreme outlying areas, will be fulfilled by closest branch of retail shipping options such as PostNet, PEP, Clicks or PUDO.

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into Anchor Health’s bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Anchor Health via Yoco who use the strictest forms of encryption.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Merchant outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
