How to Use

Before first use, wash the pack 2–3 times with warm salt water or bicarbonate of soda.
Apply castor oil evenly to the center of the pack or onto a flannel or cotton cloth placed underneath.
Secure the pack comfortably around your neck and shoulders and leave on for about 1 hour.
Do not use during pregnancy.

Tip: Use a flannel layer under the wrap to reduce washing frequency.
