How to Use:

1. Wash 2–3 times before first use with warm salt water or bicarbonate of soda.

2. Apply castor oil evenly to the center of the pack (or onto a flannel/cotton cloth placed under the wrap).

3. Secure the pack around your knee using the adjustable strap.

4. Wear for approximately 1 hour for best results.

5. Clean and reuse as needed.

Note: Do not use castor oil packs during pregnancy. For easier cleaning, use a separate flannel or cotton cloth under the wrap.
