How to Use – Wash 2-3 times before use, using warm salt water or bicarbonate of soda. Apply castor oil evenly to the middle of the castor oil wrap, alternatively use a piece of cloth like flannel or similar under the wrap, then adjust to comfortable angle and tie it to your body and secure it in place, and wear it well for about 1 hour. Do not use castor oil packs when you are pregnant.

Note: Alternatively use a flannel or cotton cloth to place oil on under the pack to avoid having to wash pack regularly.
