How to Use

1. Wash the wrap 2–3 times before first use with warm salt water or bicarbonate of soda.

2. Apply castor oil directly to the pack, or onto a cloth placed under the wrap.

3. Place the pack over your knee and secure it with the Velcro strap.

4. Wear for about 1 hour to allow deep absorption.

5. Wash after use and reuse as needed.
