How to Use

1. Wash 2–3 times before first use with warm salt water or bicarbonate of soda.

2. Apply Anchor Health Castor Oil evenly to the center of the wrap.

3. Place the pack comfortably over the breast area and secure it with the Velcro strap.

4. Wear it for about 1 hour to allow deep absorption and circulation enhancement.

5. Clean and reuse as needed.

Tip: Use a flannel or cotton cloth beneath the wrap to protect it from oil buildup and make cleaning easier.
